At the beginning of the call of the prophets, religious teachings
were communicated differently and proportionally. However, after
the institutionalization of any religion, religious scholards used to
classify the teachings establishing new disciplines with giving a
specil title to each of the classes. Two disciplines gasined much
importance in the teachings of the religion of Islam.One is the
theology dealing with explanatiomn of Islamic doctrines, proving
the theories, and refuting spurious arguments. The other is
jurisprudence dealing with the quality nof the behavior of the
believers.The issues of these two disciplines have sometimes baesd
on requirements mixed together and somre thological material have
incorporated jurisprudence. Enjoining the right and forbidding the
wromng has a special position in this field. This is because it has
foubnd a close relation with jurisprudence and little by little
considered as a jurisprudential issue.It has been discussed next to
prayer and fasting whuich have mainly an individual aspect.
However, this issue can be put into practice when the Imam of the
Muslims assumes the reins. So it should be discussed considering
this point.
